Each plan includes defined limits for saved records, automated messaging, AI usage and storage. STELVOX may measure, limit and control usage per workspace, feature and plan to keep the service sustainable and fair for everyone.
STELVOX may limit, pause or suspend features when it detects abnormal consumption, free-trial abuse, unauthorized automation, excessive resource use, attempts to evade limits, activity that may affect STELVOX's infrastructure, security, regulatory compliance, deliverability or reputation, or breach of the contracted plan's limits. When possible, STELVOX will notify the user and keep read-only access to their data.
Documents and contracts generated in STELVOX are produced with artificial intelligence and are clearly labeled as such. They are templates to assist your workflow and are not legal advice. You are responsible for having them reviewed by a qualified attorney before use.
Your data is never deleted automatically as a result of limits or suspensions. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle it.
STELVOX is a software tool that helps you find, analyze and manage real-estate deals. It does not guarantee contracts, buyers, income or any specific result. Outcomes depend on your own effort, judgment, data and market conditions. STELVOX is provided “as is” and “as available”, without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.
You can try STELVOX free during the current trial period before paying, so you can decide with full knowledge of what you are buying. Once you start a paid subscription, charges are non-refundable, including partial periods. You may cancel at any time to stop future renewals and keep access until the end of the period already paid. If you have any problem, contact support first — we resolve issues in good faith. Starting a chargeback on a digital service that was actually delivered is a breach of these Terms and may lead to suspension or termination of your account.
You are solely responsible for how you use STELVOX and for complying with applicable laws — including consent and contact rules (TCPA, CAN-SPAM and equivalents) for the people you choose to contact, the use of your own data-provider account and balance (e.g., BatchData), and having a qualified attorney review any document before you use or sign it. To the maximum extent permitted by law, STELVOX is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages or lost profits, and its total liability to you for any cause will not exceed the amount you paid STELVOX in the three (3) months before the claim.
