How STELVOX collects, uses and protects your data.

1. Information we collect

To provide the service, STELVOX stores:

  • •Account data: name, company, email and your chosen language.
  • •Workspace data you create: deals, cash buyers, notes, documents and messages.
  • •Property and contact data you obtain through connected providers (e.g. BatchData) using your own credentials.
  • •Usage and metering data: AI usage, messaging volume, storage and plan limits, used to operate and bill the service.

2. Service providers

STELVOX relies on third parties that process data on our behalf, each under their own terms and security:

  • •Supabase — database, authentication and storage.
  • •Vercel — application hosting.
  • •Anthropic (Claude) — AI used to draft documents and power Lia.
  • •Twilio — sending SMS messages.
  • •DocuSign — electronic signatures.
  • •Lemon Squeezy — subscription billing (merchant of record).
  • •BatchData — property and contact data, accessed with your own credentials.

3. How we use your data

We use your data to operate the platform, generate documents and messages you request, enforce plan limits, prevent abuse, provide support, process billing and comply with applicable law. We do not sell your personal data.

4. AI processing

Content you ask STELVOX to draft (contracts, outreach, Lia replies) is processed by our AI provider to generate the output. Generated documents are clearly labeled as AI-generated and are not legal advice.

5. Messaging & compliance

Outreach features must be used in compliance with TCPA, CAN-SPAM and other applicable regulations. You are responsible for having the right to contact the people you message.

6. Retention & deletion

Your data is never deleted automatically as a result of reaching a limit or a suspension. You can export or delete your own data. If you close your account, we delete or anonymize your data within a reasonable period, except where the law requires us to keep it.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may request access, correction, export or deletion of your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us.
